   • Insurance name
   • Type of insurance
   • Coverage dates *(Dates have to cover the staying in Thailand period)
2. Click “Save and Next”

1. Upload insurance paper (Support only .pdf .jpeg .png)

Note : image or file must have clear and complete information (Name-Surname, Insurance Name, Type of insurance and period of insurance)

1. Click “Save”
2. And Click “Confirm” to finish the process.
